IACAC, in collaboration with the Indiana Transfer Council is pleased to be hosting the inaugural Transfer Summit on November 4, 2016, at the Ivy Tech Fall Creek campus in Indianapolis. The Transfer Summit will provide an opportunity to bring high school counselors, admission staff members at both community college and four-year institutions as well as academic advisors/transfer coordinators from across the state together to discuss the needs of transfer students, to share best practices and enhance transfer efforts in the State of Indiana. Topics will include dual credit, early college, deferred enrollment, bridge programs, transfer single articulation pathways, general education transfer core, military credit, transfer trends and more. Attendees will leave with information on how to best counsel a student about the transfer process.
